Anyone can put a graphic on a blank. The difference is picking the right method, setting it properly, and whether somebody actually looked at it before it went in the bag.

The artwork is set at print size
Prepared at the exact dimensions it will print, not scaled up from a thumbnail. A chest design and a full-back design are two different files, and the back is treated as the statement it is.
Before anything touches fabric

The blank is picked for weight
Fabric has to carry the graphic. Thin cotton shows through from the other side and warps around a large design, so weight is chosen per style rather than bought in one spec.

The method is matched to the piece
A photographic design on cotton, a dense graphic that has to stay sharp, and a cap badge are three different problems. We pick the method for the product instead of forcing everything through one machine.
DTG, DTF or stitched

Set so it survives the wash
Prints are heat-set so the design bonds with the fabric instead of resting on top of it. This is the step cheap production skips, and it is the whole difference between a design still there after fifty washes and one that cracks after five.

Checked by hand
Someone looks at the actual garment before it goes anywhere. Design off-centre, wrong size, a mark on the fabric — it does not go in the bag.

How it goes on
Three methods. One picked per product.
DTG
Direct to garment
Printed straight into the cotton. Used for full-colour and detailed artwork on tees, where the design should feel like part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on it.
DTF
Direct to film
The design is transferred and heat-pressed onto the garment. Used where colour needs to stay dense and edges need to stay sharp, and on fabrics that will not take DTG well.
Embroidery
Stitched, not printed
Thread worked into the fabric itself. Used on caps and heavier pieces, where a print would sit wrong and stitch gives the design texture and an edge you can feel.

Tees
180 to 260 GSM
Chosen per style. Heavier for oversized cuts carrying a full-back design, lighter where the fit is meant to drape.
Sweatshirts and hoodies
300 GSM
Structured, not floppy. Holds its shape through a winter of wearing.
Placement
Chest and full back
A back design is the whole panel, not a three-inch badge floating in the middle of it.
Exact weight and fit are listed on every product page. If the two ever disagree, the product page is right.
Our standard
If it would not survive our own wardrobe, it does not ship.
Setting the design is where it lives or dies, so we do not hurry it. The hand check is where mistakes get caught, so we do not skip it. And if something still gets past us, you have ten days and a free pickup, no questions asked.
