Refund policy
At Soulskart, we print products for every vibe—quality, care, and customer satisfaction are non-negotiable. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and returns work.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it moves into fulfillment (i.e., before the items are picked for printing or packing).
Once the product is picked or printing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel, contact us quickly at support@soulskart.com with your order number.
2. Returns
We accept return requests only in the following situations:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged in transit.
There’s a printing error or quality issue.
You received the wrong size than what was ordered.
Returns are not accepted for:
A change of mind or no longer wanting the product.
Correct items with no defect or issue.
Minor color variations due to screen differences.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
You must initiate the return within 10 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
You must provide valid proof (photo/video) of the issue via email.
Our team will review and approve/reject the request.
Return requests without valid proof will be declined.
4. Return Shipping
If your return is approved, Soulskart will bear the return shipping cost.
We’ll schedule a reverse pickup via one of our courier partners.
If a pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship and share the receipt.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
6. Refund Timelines

Credit/Debit Card 5–7 business days
COD Orders Not eligible for refund—issued as store credit only
7. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In rare cases, partial refunds may be granted for:
Orders with some defective items
Orders with delayed delivery beyond 15 working days
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order after receiving your refund/store credit.
9. How to Raise a Return or Cancellation
Email us at support@soulskart.com with:
Subject: “Return Request – Order #XXXX”
Attach images/videos showing the issue
Mention reason clearly
We respond within 24–48 hours.
10. International Orders
Returns and cancellations for international orders are not supported at this time. For any issues, contact support@soulskart.com — we’ll do our best to assist.
