How you earn
Earned on product value after discounts, before shipping and COD fees, excluding gift cards.
- Up to 100 VibeCoins per order (campaign bonuses can go beyond the cap)
- Coins land as pending, then unlock after delivery
- Cancelled orders earn nothing; returns & refunds reverse coins
- COD orders don’t earn VibeCoins
Example — a Legend’s ₹2,000 order at 5% = 100 VibeCoins, added after delivery.

How you redeem
Redemption is optional and all-or-nothing — the full eligible balance applies to that order.
- No partial redemption; at least ₹1 stays payable
- Oldest coins are used first
- Stacks with eligible discounts unless a coupon blocks it
- Can’t be used on COD orders
Example — ₹799 to pay with 900 coins: use 798, pay ₹1.

How they expire
Each coin expires 90 days after it’s earned — clean, coin-level ageing.
- Oldest coins expire first (FIFO)
- Only unconsumed coins expire
- A daily process retires eligible balances
- Expired coins can’t be reinstated

The fine print
How tiers & movement work＋
Your tier reflects eligible spend over the previous 365 days — only paid, delivered orders count. Cancelled, returned, refunded, shipping, and COD-fee amounts don’t. You move up the moment your spend crosses a threshold. Rider, Legend, and Icon stay active for 12 months from your upgrade date; at expiry we re-check your last 365 days, and you renew the tier, move down, or return to Starter.
What counts toward earning＋
VibeCoins are calculated on product value after discounts, before shipping charges and COD fees, and exclude gift cards and other non-eligible items. Standard earning is capped at 100 VibeCoins per order; bonus coins from coupons or campaigns can sit outside this cap.
VibeCoins value & limits＋
1 VibeCoin equals ₹1. VibeCoins have no cash value outside Soulskart, can’t be transferred to another account, can’t be withdrawn as money, and can’t be used anywhere else.
At checkout＋
Redemption uses your full eligible balance for that order, with at least ₹1 remaining payable. On COD orders you’ll see: “VibeCoins cannot be used on COD orders.”
VibeClub is being built. We would rather open it properly than half-open it and have you chase coins that do not work yet. When it launches we will say so on Instagram and to everyone on the list.
