We sell print-on-demand products shipped through our vendor network. This policy explains where we deliver, estimated timelines and shipping charges.



  1. Shipping coverage
  2. We ship to serviceable pincodes in India. International shipping is available for destinations supported at checkout. Standard international shipping costs ₹1,800. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, email support@soulskart.com before ordering for availability, pricing and delivery estimates.
  5. 2. Dispatch timelines
  6. Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. During sales, high-demand periods or holidays, dispatch may take longer. Print-on-demand items may need additional processing time. We notify you by email or SMS once your order ships.
  9. 3. Delivery timelines
  10. Estimated delivery time after dispatch in India:
  12. Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days.
  14. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4 to 7 business days.
  16. Remote areas: 7 to 10 business days.
  18. Dispatch time is additional to transit time. Festivals, weather disruptions and courier delays may extend these estimates. Contact support for international delivery estimates before ordering.

  22. We primarily use Bluedart and Delhivery, with Shadowfax and Ekart as backups where needed.
  25. 5. Shipping charges
  26. Prepaid orders up to and including ₹600 after discounts: ₹50 shipping.
  28. Prepaid orders from ₹601 after discounts: free shipping.
  30. Optional Rush shipping for prepaid orders: ₹99 where available.
  32. Pay on Delivery shipping: ₹63 on eligible pincodes.
  34. Standard international shipping: ₹1,800 for destinations supported at checkout.

  39. 6. Cash on Delivery
  40. COD is available on eligible pincodes. If COD is not available for your address, it will not appear at checkout. Orders above ₹3,000 may not be eligible for COD, depending on internal risk checks.

  44. We send your tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships. You can also track your order through My Account on soulskart.com.
  47. 8. Delivery attempts
  48. If delivery fails on the first attempt, couriers usually retry within 24 to 48 hours. After repeated failed attempts, the parcel is returned to origin. We may refund the order excluding shipping fees, or arrange another shipment after confirmation.

  52. Check your tracking link and contact the courier. If the issue remains unresolved, email support@soulskart.com with your order number so we can investigate.

  56. Orders use tamper-evident packaging. Do not accept a parcel that appears opened or tampered with. Take a photo and contact support@soulskart.com immediately.
