Shipping policy
We ship print-perfect products from our trusted vendor network across India, right to your doorstep. This policy explains how, when, and where we deliver.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is available through manual request via support. Email us at support@soulskart.com for details and pricing.
2. Dispatch Timelines
Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
During sales, high-demand periods, or holidays, dispatch may take longer.
Orders with print-on-demand items may take extra time to process.
We’ll notify you by email/SMS once your order is shipped.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Zone Delivery Time
Metro Cities 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities 4–7 business days
Remote Areas 7–10 business days
Please allow additional time during festivals, weather disruptions, or courier delays.

5. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹600 (after discounts).
Orders below ₹600 incur a flat ₹50 shipping fee.
International shipping is chargeable and depends on weight and location. Contact us for a quote.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pincodes.
If your pincode is not serviceable for COD, the option will not appear at checkout.
Orders above ₹3,000 may not be eligible for COD, depending on internal risk checks.
7. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
You can also track your order anytime via your ‘My Account’ section on soulskart.com.
8. Delivery Attempt and Reattempt
If delivery fails on the first attempt, couriers usually retry within 24–48 hours.
If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package is returned to origin.
If this happens, we may refund the order (excluding shipping fees) or re-ship it after confirmation.
9. Order Not Received?
If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeline:

Contact the courier
If still unresolved, email us at support@soulskart.com
We’ll escalate the issue and ensure it’s sorted.
10. Packaging and Tampering
All orders are shipped in tamper-evident packaging.
Do not accept the package if it appears opened or tampered with.
Take a photo and inform us immediately at support@soulskart.com.
